Quali dati e perché

Quando ci scrivete con il modulo raccogliamo i vostri nomi, l'email, la data e il luogo del matrimonio e quello che scegliete di raccontarci. Li usiamo solo per rispondervi, verificare la disponibilità e mandarvi brochure e listino. La base giuridica è la vostra richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR, misure precontrattuali). Se ci scrivete su WhatsApp vale anche l'informativa di WhatsApp.

Per quanto tempo

Conserviamo i dati per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e, se non segue un incarico, al massimo per 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto.

Chi li vede

Solo noi. Il sito e il modulo sono ospitati da Netlify, Inc. e le richieste arrivano nella nostra casella Gmail (Google): entrambi trattano i dati per nostro conto, anche fuori dall'Unione europea, con le garanzie previste dal GDPR. Non vendiamo né cediamo i dati a nessuno.

Il sito non usa cookie né strumenti di statistica o pubblicità. I caratteri sono ospitati sul sito stesso. La lingua che scegliete resta salvata solo nel vostro browser.

What and why

When you write to us through the form we collect your names, your email, the date and place of your wedding and whatever you choose to tell us. We use them only to reply, check our availability and send you our brochure and rates. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual steps). If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.

How long

We keep the data as long as needed to handle your request and, if no booking follows, for no more than 24 months after our last contact.

Who sees it

Only us. The site and the form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. and requests reach our Gmail inbox (Google): both process the data on our behalf, also outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. We never sell or share your data.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. The fonts are hosted on the site itself. The language you choose is saved only in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to object or to receive a copy (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
